world-traveler, connoisseur and gourmet Thorsten Buehrmann (Piosczyk). He is
also one of the founders of the US based
American
Dream Town™ competition, celebrating its fourth year. He is an expert
in IT management, new market development and hospitality. Mr. Buehrmann was
simply too often disappointed on his frequent travels with what he considers
antiquated and overrated hotels, airline and restaurants (awards). Seven Stars
and Stripes is the only global award system of its kind that goes beyond, not
discriminating hospitality, airlines, products, services and people. The ever
advising American Dream Board is top notch, like its Seven Stars and Stripes
awards, featuring highly educated, affluent world travelers and US TV and Radio
personalities. |

late now and we bid goodnight to Luigi the bartender as Marco the Maitre d'
allowed us to poke our heads into the kitchen just as Executive Chef Gianfranco
and his team were cleaning up and preparing to leave. "Even though we are
finished for the evening, the work is never done" said Chef Gianfranco, "I must
prepare my team for the challenges of tomorrow and plan the menus that will

this latest addition to the
Grand Hotel Europe review, GM Thomas Noll implemented the
Ice Bar and opened a wonderful chocolaterie with Chef Ferchaud. Noll, who
doesnt believe in half measures, is simultaneously upgrading the hotel with
clear intentions to raise the bar once again. It is obvious that Nolls
entrepreneurship is set on leading the GHE towards the ultimate Seven Stars and
Stripes award level. |

traditional Sevens Stars and Stripes Award handout ceremony was covered by one
of St. Petersburg’s leading TV broadcast providers. Two Seven Stars and
Stripes Awards were presented that night of which one was for the Grand Hotel
Europe and the other for Executive Chef Dominique Ferchaud, both received Six

While Ferchaud's Butterflies are artfully irreplaceable to eat he is retaining
the essential fundamental chocolate flavors that often get lost with these
